We accept paypal as our main method of payment but cheques & postal orders are welcome.

Dresses are always sent 1st class recorderd delivery & postage charges include packaging supplys.

Returns to be made in 10 days. You must always contact me first before returning any item. All dresses must be in the original packaging & have no marks, smells, animal hair, tears, bust zips etc if any of these are found upon return your item will be sent back to you & a refund will not be granted. A 10% re stocking fee will apply to each item returned. In the event of an exchange the postage cost must be paid for by the buyer again. Postage is not refundable.

It's nicer than the one I had contemplated buying in Debenhams, at a fraction of the price. I'm really pleased and can't wait to see my daughter in it when she gets in from school, I will be ordering another one for my other daughter as soon as finances allow.
