Absolutely hillarious!
This movie is a mocumentary comedy and it truely delivers. I think I liked this movie because I have always dreamed about being a B-movie director or actor. Showing the progression of the movie from interviews to getting funding to finding locations is just awesome. Nothing seems to go right at all, but in the end everything works out. You feel bad, then happy, for the Director(Harry Penderecki, played by David Naughton). Despite disaster after disaster he keeps upbeat and positive about the movie...til he snaps, lol. Gerry Bednob(Canadian of Indian heritage) from 40 Year Old Virgin and Zack and Miri Make a Porno is absolutely hillarious. He almost makes this movie. Ken Foree(both the origional and remake of Dawn of the Dead and whom I actually met at Monroeville Mall, the setting of the origional Dawn of the Dead) is equally strong in this movie.
If you like mocumentaries or just a fan a comedy, you will enjoy this film. I have watched it twice thus far and it did not lose a step during the second viewing....I found myself still laughing hard at my favorate scenes(the one where Bednob is tied to the bed is my favorate).
