All items are sent via recorded delivery only. International sales will also be sent via recorded delivery only. We do not profit from postage prices
We keep all proof of postage receipts should the need to claim for a lost item with Royal Mail arises. Items are classed as lost after 15 working days after dispatch and then a claim can be processed with Royal Mail. Items will not be refunded until Royal Mail have completed their investigations. Buyers who threaten negative feedback in order to receive a refund before this investigation has taken place will be forwarded to Ebay Trust & Safety Dept as feedback extortion.
Return policy
Returns policy:- In the unlikely event that a return is required you must inform us within 5 days after auction has finished. All returns must include the original item(s) undamaged, in re-saleable condition. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. We will deduct our eBay fees plus a 20% re-stocking fee if an item is returned because it simply does not fit as all measurements are clearly listed. Unclaimed returned items will be refunded on their auction price only and a further postage cost will be invoiced should you wish the item to be re-sent to you. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back to us. Threatening negative feedback in order to gain postage costs will be forwarded to Ebay Trust & Safety Department as feedback extortion.
Feedback Abuse
We refuse to be threatened into giving full refunds for perfectly described items - hence a small number of buyers leaving poor feedback. Our full returns policy can be found on this page. We will do all we can to rectify any genuine problems with a transaction but once threatened with negative feedback in order to gain a refund we will report these buyers to Ebay Trust & Safety Department.
