I pride myself in selling good quality items. I aim to email buyers frequently relating to the status of their purchase and to make sure all is well upon its receipt. Like any seller i appreciate buyers communicating any problems or queries they may have prior to feedback being generated, as from experience, the mainstay can be resolved efficiently and effectively.

Paypal, Personal Cheque, Postal Orders and in some listings cash on collection. Payment to be made within 4 days of end of listing please, unless emailed to state otherwise- i appreciate all situations- but would be grateful to receive information about this- so as to not think it is a non-payment.

Try and post asap- especially within 24hrs or under- unless weekend which i post 1st thing on Monday mornings! Items are usually sent 1st class to ensure it reaches you in the nick of time

I always obtain proof of postage, should any problems with delivery arise, HOWEVER, due to a number of problems with fraudulent lost/damaged mail claims and demanding buyers i can NO LONGER be responsible as a seller for lost or damaged items. Proof of postage can be posted or scanned to the buyer so they may take up any lost mail claims with Royal Mail or their local National postal service as appropriate. many thanks.
