I accept paypal,postel orders cheques but sometimes on some of my listings it is paypal only as that is a item i am selling for a friend or family member

I always send recorded i feel it is much safer as you have a better chance of receiving your item

Return policy
I try to list my items as accurately as possible if you feel i have not described it properly i am happy to refund but not if it just does not fit if you are not sure of the size just email me and i will give you the proper measurements,under no circumstances would i set out to deceive in any of my listings just for the sake of a sale i do this for fun and want to keep it that way

I HAVE ME/CFS
I just thought i would let you all know i state on my listings i aim to post 3-4 days after i have received payment,I will not post on a Friday,I try my best yo get items out as soon as possible my son helps me a lot,Sometimes there could be a delay as i have fell again or cant get up atoll but i do try my best,But i will say Royal Mail are not blameless i have sent items and it has took them one month to deliver that i have complained about,I am a honest person and can be approached at any time if you feel un happy their is always a way to get things sorted thanks

I Have had a awful time lately i think every one goes through one of those phases where everything goes wrong at the one time well thats been me,2 customers of mine never received their item but one of them i have never dealt with such behaviour normally people are genuinely nice if you are late in posting,But also think some people take Ebay far to serious i am not a business i do it for fun it keeps me going i enjoy selling stuff that could be mine my sons,daughter in laws,grandchildren,then i normally buy them more stuff,I just wish people would lighten up and communicate in a adult way,As their is life outside Ebay and things do go wrong so people should not be to quick to judge,I have not been a member long and i enjoyed doing it but now not so much so for just now i will see how i go Susan 19/02/2012
