Seller was let down by courier unfortunately. She had packaged item with FRAGILE tape and separate label asking NOT TO CRUSH - unfortunately, somewhere along the journey the box was crushed. No real harm done, have steamed fascinator to get it back in shape, and luckily all feathers are intact. The item itself is lovely, just what I wanted, and the colours on the photo correlate well to the actual item. Thank you for trying to ensure safe delivery in a timely manner!

Beware of towels
Excellent product, but the ingredients are on the bottom of the box. I have ruined a new hand towel and face cloth after using this product as I was unaware of the warning on the bottom of the box. The product works well. I use a half sachet as I find it adequate in a dental bath.
