My Make-Up Boutique was established in April 2009. I take huge pride and pleasure in sourcing great top brand cosmetic and specialise in rare and discontinued items. I aim to provide great products at great prices and receive stock regularly so listing are updated constantly. I send out a weekly new listings email and to receive this please subscribe to the weekly email via My Make-Up Boutique Shop on ebay! I am happy to try and source a particular product for you but please bear in mind it is not always possible. Customer service is very important to me and I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have or indeed provide recommendations on purchases. I will answer any questions within a 24 hour period often sooner. Please note that prompt payment for items is required - many of the items in the shop are one off, rare items and if you do not pay promptly it is possible that you will loose the item to someone who does - Payment is your responsibility!!

I offer combined postage discounts - after the first and most expensive item additional items are charged at 50p per item this includes international orders. All parcels are sent 1st class recorded post to ENSURE receipt and international shipping is sent international signed for post. Please bear in mind that postage and packing includes costs for packaging and wrapping to ensure your goods get to you in perfect condition- this is included in the cost. Rates used are Royal Mail postage calculator and posting is done 6 days a week. Normal dispatch is in the morning and I am to send all parcels within a 24 hour period (weekend purchases are posted Monday morning). All parcels are posted as soon as possible after payment is received. All parcels are postage with proof of postage and tracking numbers and in the unlikely event of a parcel going missing I will do everything within my control to help locate it to ensure you receive a first class service!
