I dont appreciate your attitude cos i left negative feedback!!i was disgusted at the item i recieved why should i give you a chance to resolve it,i expect it to arrive in a NEW condition in the first place.It took me long to leave feedback as some of us dont live online.You advertise a shiny brand new heart money box yet i receive a scratched clearly used money box and you wonder why i left negative feedback,grow up please!!!
