100% new & 99.9% Intel brand and/or Intel related stuff. That's because I've never used any other type of PC equipment. General purpose items in auction are clearly marked as either brand-name or generic. Quality is ALWAYS checked and anything that fails is either discarded (not auctioned) or clearly described e.g., B-grade etc. That way, you get a working items and not someone else's reject.

Paypal only

1) No rip-off prices. 2) I follow Ebay & Royal Mail postage guidelines. 3) That means NO posting CPU's in paper envelopes etc and OK you pay a few pence more but I've NEVER had a complaint about the quality of packaging. 4) I always try to dispatch items on the day of purchase if payment is completed by 4pm on a working day. After that time, it's next working day dispatch FOR SURE. I don't consider Saturday a working day although it depends on how Friday night went ... Sundays are never a working day as far as dispatch is concerned:- mainly because the Post Office is closed!

Wherever possible I offer a return policy but I do not offer return policies on heatsink/fan combo's. That's because Intel doesn't.
