Payment: We accept PayPal, cheques drawn on UK banks, building society cheques, UK postal orders, and payments directly to our bank accounts.

Delivery information
Packing: All of our items are professionally packed all oil paintings and most watercolours and prints are packed using a custom made wooden packing case (no charge) to insure they arrive safely. We normally dispatch between one and two working days. Shipping: We only use FedEx or DHL for all delivery's (over 5 kgs) both of which are fully tracked online. We do not use surface or economy shipping for overseas buyers as it can take up to 10 weeks and no tracking or insurance is available. The UK shipping price is for mainland only and excludes NI and Scottish Highlands and Islands. The USA shipping price is for mainland only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Please note some countries are expensive for us to ship to, if you have any doubt whatsoever please contact us before bidding and we will be happy to quote you a fixed price for your destination.

Return policy
Guarantee: All our paintings are guaranteed to be authentic works by the artist,unless stated otherwise. If we are unsure as to the authenticity we will always state this in the listing. If any painting is not as described we will offer you a full refund including the shipping charge provided it is returned to us in the same condition within 30 days of receipt. All our paintings are available for inspection prior to bidding.
