A pleasure to have dealt with you Sandra. Sandra's item got lost in the post but after some communication with Royal Mail, the item was found and delivered to her. Rather than taking a couldn't care less attitude, I chased it up and we worked together, thus avoiding a refund and a negative/neutral feedback comment.
