Tremendous!
3 of 3 found this helpful Guys I do not wish to do an extensive review on this item for that on its own would be an outrage. This monster of a processor will have you for breakfast just for you to put it running at 100% usage. It is truly a monstruous beast when it comes to multitasking. Depending on the price you buy it for have absolutely no doubts about it! Brilliant!

My Q9450
2 of 2 found this helpful Hi Guys. I thought I'd write a little something about my monster of a CPU.
I purchased this CPU May 2008 as soon as it landed in the UK pre ordered of course.
I have owned it for almost a year now and let me tell you this CPU is awesome.
Unlike its powerful overclocking processor the Q6600 that reached high processing speeds at the cost of becoming very heated, I have this baby (Q9450) running at smart 3.4 Ghz at a CPU temperature of 23 degrees.
Of course to achieve this almost non existent temperature I have a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme heatsink with 2 Scythe SFF21G fans running at 1900rpm and inside an Antec 1200 Case which also runs 2 Scythe SFF21F 1600rpm optional fans besides the other 6 that it already has!
If you are looking for a really powerful and affordable (given the stats) option, look no further.
I assure you that this baby can handle anything you throw at it from multi tasking to high end games.
100% NO REGRETS!
Now how many things can you say that for?!!!
