For shipped items we accept Paypal only - we regret we do not have the facilities in place to receive any other form of payment. For items collected in person, where available, payment on collection is also possible.

All items are dispatched promptly. Postage rates are calculated by weight and include insurance, plus a 'per item' packing & handling fee. In most cases we do offer a postage discount for multiple purchases - please see item listings for full details.

We will accept any returns which arrive with you and due to an error on our part are not as described in the listing. Fortunately this is a rare occurrence.

We will always work to resolve any issues with our customers. There is no sense in trying to run a successful business without doing our utmost to satisfy our customers. If, as sometimes happens, we make a mistake in the item listing, we will always refund you in full, including return postage. If the item is 'significantly as described' but you have misunderstood any of the item description or wish to return the item for whatever reason, we will still refund the purchase price (not the postage costs), so long as you notify us promptly upon receipt and the item is returned to us by a method trackable online (to comply with Paypal rules).
