We accept Paypal payments as well as personal cheques, postal orders and credit card payments.

All our items are sent out within one day of cleared payment and we offer three postage options: First and Second Class Recorded Delivery, and Special Next Day (1pm) Delivery.

All faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and if possible in their original packaging. If the original packaging has not been retained the goods must be sufficiently packaged to prevent their damage in transit. The customer is responsible for all return postage costs. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us via RECORDED DELIVERY and the counterfoil with the tracking number retained. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will test all returned goods and where they are found to be faulty we will replace the item immediately, in the event that we are unable to supply a replacement item then we will refund the original purchase price. Please note that all goods are inspected and tested prior to dispatch.
