Ju's Shoes preferred method of payment is paypal, but I will accept personal cheques and uncrossed postal orders. If paying by cheque, please allow 5 - 7 working days for clearance.

All goods are despatched within 2 working days of receiving your cleared funds. We send most items by Royal Mail 2nd class post, but will send by 1st class if requested. We will also insure your parcel if you require this service. Please contact us before bidding. Please note that we are not responsible for the practices of the Royal Mail. We will do our best to recover lost parcels for you (this seldom happens), but we will only refund in these circumstances when we receive a refund from the Royal Mail. If you buy more than one item from us at a time, we will combine postage. Normally, our rates are £2.95 for the first parcel and £1.00 for further items. However, these rates will change depending on the type of item being despatched. Please let us know if you are bidding on a second item and wish to combine postage. We despatch internationally and will send to the US, Europe and Asia. If you have any queries concerning postage, please contact us before bidding.

We accept returns within 7 days provided the goods are returned in their original packaging. We accept returned goods where sizing is a problem. Please contact us first to ensure that the correct size is reserved for you. In instances where sizing is a problem, we will not refund postage and may ask you to pay a second postage charge.
