All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
Last time I sold I donated a large percentage of my profits to the Dogs Trust, almost £300. Next time I sell however, only a small percentage will go to charity as I want to put any money I make towards buying my mum a chihuahua.

Business InformationHistory/background
Started selling on Ebay for the first time a couple of months ago. I normally donate my stuff to charity shops, but I had been collecting bits and bobs that were good quality/new/expensive and thought I would give Ebay a crack.
I have no retail experience, so I just treated every buyer the way I would wish to be treated. Managed to raise quite a bit of money for the Dogs Trust and a wee bit to fund my Ebay buying.
Whilst selling, I discovered the Discussion Boards, and some really great Ebayers offered me advice when I needed it.
I am an extremely conscientious seller, I take it seriously and appreciate that folk are parting with their hard earned cash and expect a service. I provide the best quality of service within my capabilities and so far, my customers seem to have appreciated that.
My mum has had a clearout for me, so will be selling again soon. This time, I will use any profits to buy my mum a chihuahua as she has wanted one for years. Wish me luck!
Payment policy
I always pay by Paypal as it suits me. However, I will take any form of payment.
Delivery information
Firstly dispatch. I always ship items the day after, or day of payment. I dislike having to wait for items after having paid for them, so don't expect my customers to.
I use 1st Class Post where possible and always receive confirmation of posting. Use Recorded delivery for more expensive items.
I take pride in good packaging and spend time sourcing good, cheap (or free!) packing supplies.
When charging for P & P, I only charge the actual cost of post after weighing the item. Cost of packaging I consider as an expense and deduct before taking net profit. My time and fuel I consider part of my customer service. I like customers knowing EXACTLY what they are paying for postal expenses.
Return policy
I am happy to accept returns on faulty items or items that aren't as described or if my customer is not happy with the item in any way. I do not ever want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase. If the item is faulty or not as described, then I will gladly refund the cost of posting it back to me. However, if it is just a change of mind, then I feel it only fair that the buyer pays for return post.
Contact information
Just by Email, but I am online very often throughout the day and night as I often work from home. I aim to reply to mail within a couple of hours and usually do.
Feedback
After I have sent an item I really appreciate being informed that the item has arrived. As soon as I know that all OK I will leave feedback for the buyer, whether they have left it for me or not.. However, I won't leave feedback until I have heard from the buyer that all is well, as it is only then that I consider the transaction to be over.
