I have been using eBay for several years and have found it a great experience. I mainly use it to sell items I no longer want but that are still in great condition.
Payment policy
I accept PayPal and personal cheques from UK buyers, and PayPal only from overseas buyers. PayPal is my preferred method of payment - as I can receive payments instantly I can dispatch items faster than by cheque, as I need to wait for the payment to clear before posting items.
All payments must be received within 3 days of the auction end. Please ensure that if you are bidding on any of my items, you are willing to pay within the 3 days after the auction ends. Non-payment will be reported to eBay.
Delivery information
Every item I list is individually weighed, including the weight of the packaging materials, and priced accordingly using the online Royal Mail price finder. I add a small amount to cover the cost of packaging materials. I aim to use good-quality recycled materials where I can to keep the cost of P&P down.
I post all items within 2 working days of receiving payment and most are posted next working day. I always get proof of posting.
I use only basic postage methods in the item listings - if you would like other methods, for example Special Delivery or Airmail Signed For, with tracking, please let me know and if I can provide the service you want I will give you a price for it.
Return policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact me if you are unhappy with any aspect of the transaction, before leaving feedback or star ratings. I accept returns on the understanding that the buyer pays both the return postage and the listing fee. If you want to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.

Combined Shipping Discount
I offer a multiple item discount. If you buy more than one item at a time from me then I can combine the postage and reduce the cost to you. Rather than having a fixed discount rate I weigh every multiple item purchase to accurately work out the postage costs for those specific items.
