Cable Matters USB 3.1 Gigabit-Ethernet Adapter arrived very prompt, securely packaged. However it wasn't improving the speeds on a 2.0 Cable Matters Ethernet Adapter purchased only a few weeks before from another eBay seller. Also the secure tab at the top of the box had been replaced as had the plastic bag holding the cable. (The 2.0 cable had cable matters branding on both) However when these matter were raised 890Craig responded very quickly and refunded my outlay. Cant say fairer than that!

Skysper Backpack 20L arrived 1/3/24, returns only to 29/2/24. Order 21/2/24 late, to arrive 24-28 Feb, posted 26th. A reduction in price offer accepted. Arrived in a plastic bag smaller than required this ment the backpack was pushed into its carrying pouch resulting in the zipper breaking a few stitches at one end. A very minor repair performed and all was good. Couldn't have been foresaw by the seller. Only highlighting to save similar. Happy with purchase, great item!
