as per each individual listing, I will always combine postage whenever possible for buyers. Postage is via Royal Mail and a receipt of posting is always obtained.

Any problems (faults/damage) with items received please contact me within 7 days from receiving it to arrange return and refund. I do describe my items as accurately as possible and give as much information as I can especially on condition. Please note I do sell secondhand books and these by their very nature will not be in brand new condition. Buyers of a Buy-It-Now or Second-Chance-Offer have under the DSR a 'cooling off' period when they can cancel the order within 7 working days from the day on which the goods are received and receive a refund of their original costs including delivery charge. If you do cancel, the goods must be returned to me in good order and original packaging within 14 days, the cost of return to me lies with the buyer.
