Brilliant communication and James went out of his way to help when the parcel went missing from my collection point - even though they confirmed it had been delivered by Royal Mail, they still lost it :( I’m gutted but nothing to do with seller and I’d definitely buy from this seller again.

Advertised as undamaged. I was the only bidder for this item which I bought at the opening price. The seller then 'cancelled' the order claiming the item was damaged after all (allegedly a hairline crack in the handle). I suspect he/she regretted the selling price. He/she has gone incommunicado and has not sent me a photo of the damage despite my request. Be wary!

I sent a full explanation and a refund, he then started sending threats - hence why I sent no photos and will not engage with further Buyer is now reported to eBay and blocked I have thousands of positive feedback, buyers have nothing to be wary of.
