I generally add money to P&P for the time I take to go to the post office, my ink from printing off the label, and my packaging costs. Also sometimes I add some on to allow for the ridiculous ebay fees (as all sellers eem to do now).

I sell quality items all very well packaged and insured. So when they leave me in perfect condition I expect them to arrive as such at the other end. If they don't then that's down to the fools in the Royal Mail throwing them around like they're made of rubber. But any claims should be made through Royal Mail. I don't do returns as Im not a business so cant afford it.
