if your item is being delivered via courier,please check parcel for any damage before signing,if damaged please sign for as damaged and then i am able to put a claim in,if item is signed for as normal (in good condition) i am unable to do anything about this later.

returns accepted on buy it now item only with the exception of pieced earrings and navel bars we do not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons,items must be returned with in 7 days in original condition for a refund/replacement.
