I started selling on Ebay to support my children through university and now I am addicted to it!

I began selling pots and collectables and I have now moved into the wardrobe and so you will see that I have lots of shoes, some clothes and lots of other things that I am clearing out. Friends keep giving me their shoes and so I decided to open my shoe shop.

I buy clothes, cd's and some pots.

Ebay has taken over my spare time but I do enjoy the garden, eating out and holidays.

I love all the old musicals, anything Disney, the Bourne films. But I do try to go to the cinema once a fortnight.

The last cd I bought was Amy Winehouse but I like most stuff, even classical and a bit of opera.

Where's Raymond, House, CSI where ever, who cares!

I began selling a few things a week and it has slowly become addictive so that I eventually had to declare myself as a business. I still work part time and so it fits in perfectly around that.

Paypal, cheques, postal orders, International Money Orders (made payable in UK £'s sterling).

I post every day and if payment is received before 10 am I can usually post the same day. I always quote 1st class Royal Mail unless the weight is over 2kgs and I charge a standard £1 for packing. I buy bubble wrap & wrapping paper but try to recycle boxes.

I will refund upon return on most items. Requests must be made by email within 7 days of receiving the item. Once a refund has been agreed it will be issued upon receipt of the item which should be returned to me within 5 days. Unless the item is faulty or is not as described then any refund will be for the item only and the purchaser will pay the postage. Please retain proof of your postage in the event that it should go missing and you have to contact the Royal Mail. In the event of an item I send going missing in transit, I will initiate an investigation with the Royal Mail. It is probable that they will contact you as part of the investigation and I would appreciate your co-operation.
