All of our items are shipped on a next day service if it is going to UK mainland. If it is going further a field then the delivery time will be a little longer. Either way we will make sure that you are kept informed every step of the way so you know that your opurchases are making thier way to you safely. All our products are packed in protective packaging to minimise any damage.

You must notify us no later than 14 days after the purchase date. We can not refund any type of shipping charges incurred. Shipping charges will have already been paid to the carrier and are non-recoverable. You are responsible for any shipping charges required to return the item(s) to us. You may use any delivery method you wish. You must return item(s) (including any free items) in the condition that you received the item(s), ensuring that item(s) was not altered or soiled in any way. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. We charge a 20% restocking fee on returns for full refunds. Used products are not returnable.
