Our founder, Cathy Schnaubelt Rogers fell in love with cycling at age 12, where she attended a bicycle touring camp with her spider bike. From this humble beginning, she has ridden extensively. Cathy has bicycle toured with panniers across the United States from Florida up the East coast to Massachusetts. She has taken a bicycle tour through eight European countries starting in London, England and cycling over to Dover and then across into the Mainland and throughout Europe. The most she ever rode in one day is 140 miles. The goal of our company is to help our customers ride longer and feel stronger.

Fill out our Return Form and send it within 3 weeks of receipt (or 2 weeks after the new year for orders placed during the holiday season). For security purposes, credit card numbers expire in our system after 21 days. Only unused (not worn, not laundered) clothing with tags will be fully refunded. Items returned without tags and original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders over $300.00 USD are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. To qualify for a full refund, returns must be in the same condition as when originally sold and in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer, including tags, packaging, and accessories to the product itself. All garments must be UNUSED and UNLAUNDERED. Aero Tech Designs will not refund any garments that have hair or have been worn, dirtied, or washed.
