I ordered an 8/12 from their drop down menu, which showed several sizes in their drop down boxes. A 12/14 arrived. I messaged to advise and they tried to get out of exchange by saying that size was correct and covered the size I wanted. After more messages he said he would refund. I asked for return label and he said to post it and he would refund me the postage . He has not refunded the £3.29 postage, just the £12. One Seller I will make sure I dont use again,
