I bought a cooker hood from Steve, 8 months after i seemed to have a problem (which was my own fault) i couldnt find my warranty documents, i called Steve and he guided me through exactly what i needed to do, so at the end i got a new motor put in without being charged a penny. I have heard people say that "our after sale service is great". But i can GARANTEE you that Steve's service is one of the best !! Buy without hesitation, one of the BEST ebayers i have come across. What fantastic service from Steve, I ordered Konagrip gloves( they are cheaper than any advertised anywhere else,)they arrived in 2days.I liked them so much that I phoned Linda to see if they had them in extra large for my husband.Bought them over the phone and they arrived next day. I found Steve and Linda polite,helpful and super efficient.I would recommend highly and definately deal with them again.

I need to share this with the customers, we bought a cooker hood from Steve two years ago, the motor went wrong a week ago, Steve made sure the cooker hood was repaired free of charge, the after sales commitment from this seller is 100% please do not hesitate to buy from him,

Cooker hood arrived damaged.One phone call and replacement was on it's way. The one I had ordered was now out of stock replacement was a better model and more expensive but sent with NO extra charge to me. Beat that for service. 100 and 1% super seller.
