If i could i'd give them more than 5 out of 5 stars, as this seller has gone above & beyond their service to us!!! They answered my queries very quickly & in full, plus they described the player exactly! Super fast posting & extremely well packed, & they even retested the whole machine after refurbished, all this done even though they were going through an exceptionally sad circumstance!! Paid £301.91 including vat and delivery to my address in France.. On delivery had to pay a further 77€ import tax which was not shown on original order even though delivery address given.. Error in ordering process? Remote control for Humax box not Humax but some cheap maybe compatible.This only worked at all when one of its batteries was re-installed the correct way round. Fortunately own a Humax remote. Sent messages to ebay and the vendor: deadly silence. Will keep the Humax
