5 Years experience selling on eBay. Over 5 years importing. Besides eBay I am a business consultant & manage a health care clinic; and raise my beautiful 16 month old baby. Prior to importing, after graduating from UCSB I worked in as an environmental consultant doing site inspections/esas/phase 1s, asbestos/pb/IAQ studies & remediation oversight. Volunteered for the Surfrider Foundation and helped w/many local projects ranging from eco-education to beach clean up. Always thinking globally but acting locally. All the usual suspects. But between paypal & eBay they take almost 25% of each order, so I welcome check & money orders. If people wish to purchase from me because they dont see what they want on my ebay site, then I will gladly sell outside of eBay. If any purchases are done outside eBay and paid for by check, I offer an automatic 10% discount, but usually more. If you have to you can alwsays send cash, I know it is risky, but I have not had problems. All items are SOLD AS IS. Every order is packed using 100% recycled materials, and is packed w/great care & diligence. NEVER is an item shipped damaged. If it arrives damaged then it happened during transport. PLEASE - SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY - IF YOU PLACE A BID & WIN YOU ARE EXPECTED TO MAKE PAYMENT W/IN 7 DAYS OF AUCTIONS END. More & more people are bidding & not paying, this is unacceptable, so please dont do this w/me or you'll be reported to eBay for an unpaid item strike, & I will leave you negative FB.

All shipping quotes in my listing are for the lower 48 states only. Buyers who live in AK, HI or in another country please contact me prior to bidding so I can quote you...as a rule of thumb, plan on adding ~ $15 to the shipping quote. The shipping quotes includes all handling charges, materials, & free delivery confirmation. Orders are generally shipped via USPS Priority every Friday at minimum, usually Wed & Fri afternoon are when I go to the PO. Lower 48, expect item to arrive in approximately 1 week after payment (this could be 2 days or it could be 12 days, but on average 7 days). HI, AK, & INTL orders plan on 1-2 weeks for delivery (this is an estimate only). Insurance is alwasy an option and is recommended. Large items will ship UPS Ground when possible. Small/light items will usually ship 1st class.

The nature of my business really does make it difficult o offer returns, BUT I will do it nonethless if the buyer notifies me immediately and has a good reason for returning the item. But since all items are described to the best of my ability and I include decent photos, there should be no surprised, And, since insurance is alwasy an option, this would cover any returns having to do w/dmage. I have made returns in the past where I perhaps errored or in other special instances. Returns are not always granted, but if they are the buyer will receive a refund for the item price (minus s&h and a $5 restock fee). Item must be returned to me, after contacting me, w/in 7 days for a return to be considered. Remember, in general all sales are final.
