I first decided to try eBay when a work colleague told me she'd raised £800 for a holiday in just 3 months selling clothes and shoes on eBay. When I got my first bid I was addicted! I started out just selling unwanted items but have used it to supplement a part-time income, raise money to pay bills, save up for expensive purchases, help friends out or test the waters on what sells and what doesn't as I'd love to be self employed one day! Everything I sell is in new or good condition unless it's antique or collectible in which case I will fully describe the condition in my listing and price it accordingly. If I repeatedly fail to sell an item I always give it to charity.

PayPal (preferred), cheque, postal order, cash if absolutely necessary by Recorded/Special Delivery. I don't like direct bank transfers for security reasons. You can pay by credit card through PayPal but not direct to me.

Unless otherwise stated in my listing, I send everything by first class post or airmail. My P&P costs include actual postage costs plus the cost of packaging materials. My P&P costs may therefore alter depending on the current cost of postage and packing materials.

I'll accept returns up to 14 days after the end of the auction. Please contact me ASAP if you want to return anything for any reason. I am very reasonable. If the item is lost in transit, broken or damaged (subject to proof) I will refund the full amount including postage. For other reasons I may refund the purchase price but not the postage.

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way or are experiencing payment problems, I would urge you to contact me direct before leaving feedback as I will do my upmost to sort these problems out.
