I did not receive the item by the time it was needed.
This however was the fault of the courier not the seller.
I have rated as neutral rather than negative as the seller provided proof of item being sent via express delivery.
When I did receive the cake topper, it was exactly what I wanted.
Such a shame it didn't arrive on time.
Seller also provided me with a refund.
