Shanling M1s audio player listed as new, but was USED and FAULTY. Seller wouldn't accept return as "he wasn't a shop". Listing stated "no returns" and was clearly an attempt to get more cash for the player than if it was listed honestly, as used/with faults. Box had dings and a partly removed sticker. Player was in seller's possession for more than 3 months.
Without eBay's help, I wouldn't have got my money back. Negative feedback deserved.
