Returns Policy Under no circumstances will we accept any customer returns without the customer first obtaining consent from allaboutelectrics.co.uk; you can do this by emailing us at info@allaboutelectrics.co.uk with the Invoice number in the subject line and stating clearly the reason for return. Goods presumed faulty Please contact us using the above methods, we will then send a replacement unit out and arrange for collection of the faulty product. Usually this all happens within 24hrs depending on if we have stock of the faulty item. Also please note that all electric showers are covered by an onsite warranty that once fitted are honored by the shower manufacturer; this means that the manufacturer will send out an engineer to replace the shower or fix any problem with the shower.
