All Things Discounted originated from a husband and wife team in October of 2003 with a vision of promoting low cost high quality merchandise to any customer regardless of working class. Along with other services the goal is to help struggling families stretch their purchase power for other necessities such as affordable housing, discounted travel, and low cost health products by working with various suppliers and manufacturers. All Things Discounted proudly stands behind the quality brand name products that are offered and is interested in providing deals on a long-term basis for each of its customers. We are quickly expanding are product offerings and welcome requests to make items available through Ebay.

Preferred payment method is Paypal, Money Orders & Cashier checks are accepted but allow 5-7 days after receipt of payment for the order to be processed.

Currently, item can be shipped only within the U.S. Paypal Orders processed immediately upon request, otherwise allow up to 48 hours for processing. In very rare cases we are notified by our supplier that a particular item is on back order, in which case shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of this status and give you the option to complete your order as soon as possible or refund your money.

Most products may be returned within 30 days of your product's shipping date, however, for portable audio/video devices, there is a 14-day return policy. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. We will only refund shipping costs and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturers box and include the packing slip, and all original packaging material:manuals, accessories, warranty cards,other contents that came with the item. Please contact the manufacturer directly if the grace period has expired. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)by sending an email to customerservice@allthingsdiscounted.com. RMA#'s will only be issued based on the above qualifications.Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
