I am sorry if this sounds harsh but i feel it has to be said. Lately i have had a few unpleasant dealings on ebay where people have left me neutral feedbacks because they think i sent them a snotty email wondering where my item is, this was never the case i am not a nasty person and never can be and also from customers claiming that i should have emailed them notifying them of when i posted their item as it was slightly delayed and quoting me what i say, i do ebay as a hobby not as a business and do try my best but when you get fellow ebayers saying things about you that are incorrect it makes you think is it all worth it.
I do apologise if your item is delayed and if you do not recieve it as stated and i do try to inform my customers of any delay but like i say i am not perfect and this is not always possible.
My family will always come first and ebay is not my number one priority,i think i do very well to do what i do as i know alot of my fellow customers are in the same situation.

I joined ebay over 2 years ago now and have never looked back i never thought that in my wildest dreams it would be such a huge success.
Payment policy
I accept and prefer pay pal(no e cheques though),Un Crossed Postal Orders and Valid Next Gift Cards.
I DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES DUE TO THE FACT I DO NOT GO TO THE BANK as i do my banking online.
I only accept pay pal from international bidders
PLEASE DO NOT PAY BY E CHEQUE I DO NOT ACCEPT THEM,NEITHER DO I ACCEPT CROSSED POSTAL ORDERS AS YOU HAVE TO PAY THESE INTO THE BANK.
I will wait for payment due to waiting for other items to end ect but please do let me know so that i am aware of this and do not go and file a npb dispute if it has been over 7 days.
I always offer postage discount and will apply this when i send you your invoice so if you have multiple purchases please wait for your invoice before paying.
Delivery information
I only try to charge the minimal charges for P&P, i only use quality packaging and proper labels.
I only post on a Wednesday and i have an arrangement with the post office where i drop my items off and then go back and pay for them the next day, however my items are only posted after i have paid which means that the parcels only go on a Thursday.
But when needed this may change due to other matters or volume of parcels needed to be posted.
I do try to let people know when there item is to be posted but i am not perfect and this is not always possible.
I am fed up of snotty emails from customers wondering where their items are and quoting what i say about letting you know if there is a problem with posting i am only human and do try to post as quoted but things happen and circumstances change so give me a chance as it is not easy juggling working,2 young children and ebay(do not get me wrong i do enjoy ebay) and majority of my customers are great and i thankyou fo this.
Return policy
I do not accept returns unless the item is significantly different to what is listed.
I do make occassional mistakes and i am sorry but i am only human and do miss things.
I always try to thoroughly check items before listing and before sending out but i do manage to miss little things.
Please let me know before leaving feedback if you are not happy and if it is a mistake on my behalf a refund will be offered.

Please email me with any questions, but please make sure these are sensible ones as lately i have had alot asking for the postage costs to wherever they come from.
All postage prices are stated on the listings it comes by way of a drop down list on the posting information section,you select your country and press the button and then it tells you the postage cost.
Feedback(selling and buying)
If there is a problem please do email me first before leaving feedback as i have had customers in the past leaving negative or neutral feeback before contacting me first.
If i think it is worthy i will leave negative feedback but the trouble is you get people leaving you retalitory negative feedback which is totally unfair.
Leaving me negative or neutral feedback does not really bother me as i have a very good customer base anyway,so it really does not make a difference and if i have a bad experiance with any ebayer i will block them.
I always leave feedback which i think is suitable for that particular buyer or seller and i will always be fair(not all ebayers are like this though).
Ebay should be a fun place to make some extra cash but some ebayers do spoil it and sometimes make it an unpleasant experiance.
Non Paying Bidders
This is one annoying subject of which i could go on and on about as i have had that many non paying bidders.
I think it is just rude and ignorant to bid when you have no intention of paying then it makes things even worse when your emails are ignored.
I ALWAYS REPORT NON PAYING BIDDERS AND DO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
I do my best to stop these kind of ebayers by checking out all new customers feedback and if i think it is right to i will cancel the bid so i do not end up with a npb.
NPB spoil ebay for everyone as it costs you in fees and the inconveniance of having to relist the item.
