My shop venture started August 07 and has gone from strength to strength. I offer great bargains with speedy delivery and will always answer any queries you may have. I'm normally online school hours and evening time. At weekends I may be delayed answering as I try to spend time with my family.

I accept Paypal, personal cheques, postal orders, bankers drafts, or cash on collection.

I clearly state the service that each item will be sent by - be it 1st, 2nd, standard parcel or recorded. Larger items are sent via courier. Postage & packing costs include mailing bags, cards, packing materials and other costs incurred during shipping - not just the price of the stamp!!! If you have a problem with these costs its your choice to bid or not.

I try to describe items to the best of my ability. If your item is not as decribed it is a genuine error. If your item is faulty I will refund you the full amount you have paid plus return shipping costs. If you simply do not like the item I will refund the cost of the item less shipping costs. The return costs must also be met by the buyer.
