People can pay by whatever means suits them, Paypal, Credit Cards, Cash, Bacs, Cheques, Postal Orders or even Trade on some occassions...
Delivery information
I have sourced the best rates possible from our Royal Mail Account and a reliable courier for the bigger items. Post & Packages are collected from our premises daily, so we know they have gone and there is no queuing at the Post Office

Returns / Exchange Policy
Most items are brand new and if not are stated within the advert, most are still in the original packaging, those that do not have the original packaging are checked thoroughly before listing and despatch. If there is a problem with an item we will do our best to exchange it for an identical item if we do not have the same or similar item we will refund your money. Where an item is delivered damaged/defective we must be notified within 24hrs of delivery, we will not accept any claims for damaged/defective goods after this time. Items must be returned at buyers cost, unless otherwise agreed, by signed delivery, with original packaging stating exactly the reason for return. Refunds will be issued in the payment method it was purchased after the item has been returned and fully inspected. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds.
