We always try to feedback on every transaction but we have a strict policy of leaving feedback only when it has been received where we are the sellers. This is not a 'catch-out' but simple logic - the transaction is only ended when the buyer is happy and has received the goods. If you have any problems with an item it is better to email us first and we will try to resolve. Do not use feedback as a method of communication.

The Bearwood Burrow has been running successfully since 2002 on eBay and we pride ourselves on top service to customers. We want you to be treated like we would want to be treated, therefore you can expect the best. We don't like to be kept waiting for items we have bought, so as sellers we do not like to keep buyers waiting. As an online shop we handle all queries via email, and you can usually expect a reply in 24 hours, although it may be a lot quicker! Burrow In For A Bargain!

We accept Paypal, UK Cheques and Postal Orders. We prefer payment within 3 days or at the very least a polite acknowledgement that payment has been sent - this helps us to send items out quickly. Avoid sending cash, and overseas buyers MUST use PayPal Only - excepting where you live in a country that can issue British Postal Orders. We send items by at least the next available posting day when payment is by PayPal (BUT remember ECheques can take up to two weeks to clear!) With Postal Orders we can send items the same day we receive payment, but you must allow personal cheques 3-5 working days to clear.

Some of our items include UK postage or postage terms are shown clearly, but if you require a faster service for an item (Special Delivery Next Day) then please ask. Overseas buyers can Buy With Confidence as we have sold around the globe! We always use First Class post for smaller items (1-2 days according to Royal Mail) and Standard Parcels for larger (3-5 working days). We cannot be held responsible for delays in the post, but we try our utmost to resolve problems. For the UK, in the event that an item has not arrived after a week, please contact us. We do suggest that you also contact your local sorting office - we do occaisionally get an item returned where delivery has been attempted but after a month it gets marked 'Not Called For' and sent back! This can be frustrating when we have had an email asking 'Where's my stuff?' and we have suggested trying the local sorting office.

Where an item appears faulty then please email us ASAP, and we try to respond within 24 hours. If an item has been damaged in the post we will handle the claim, but we do ask for the return of the item and packaging and your co-operation. In most instances we arrange a replacement or a refund and will cover return postage in most cases - but you MUST email us first.

Our two furry mascots were Snookie and Figgs, just two of many Guinea Pigs that we have owned and loved. The photo was taken when they were tiny enough to sit inside teacups! They lived very full and happy lives. We currently have THREE Guinea Pigs called Cappuccino (who we think is seven!), Butterscotch and Fuzzy.
