I started slow, but over the past year it is going from strength to strength. This has meant passing on my benfits onto my buyers with good prices and quick dispatch.

Paypal, I like this methods as I can dispatch quickly so buyers get the items quickly.

I dispatch every day in white plain envelopes by 1st class post and airmail for international sales.

I place a 28 day return policy on my items. To me the 28 day return policy means you have '28 days from the buyer purchasing the item and informing me the item is being returned'. I believe in good communication.
