I only send by recorded both UK and Europe. Every buyer gets an email from me with the tracking number after the item is sent. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT IF IT IS A PROBLEM HAVING TO SIGN FOR AN ITEM YOU ADD YOUR PLACE OF WORK TO YOUR PAYPAL AND HAVE IT SENT THERE.
