I'm 22 years old and live in the westmidlands. i have a 3year old daughter jessica. I am always selling on ebay and have enjoyed it. whenever there has been a problem with an ebayer ebay are always on hand to help and also paypal.

I prefer cheques or postal orders. I do accept PAYPAL but after a few problems with ebayers i got fed up so i rung paypal and they informed me to send items recorded delivery, that way i get a tracking number as paypal only accept tracking numbers. i always keep reciepts!!

i try and send my items with packaging i have bought instead of using bin bags. they are not the ones i get from the bin men they are thick ones new from the shop but i do prefer to use the ones that are already made (jiffy bags etc) >but they are alot more money. i try and post items everyday but sometimes if tehres just 1 item its annoying to have to drive all the way up the post office to post 1 item but i do do it because i want my buyers to have there item a.s.a.p.

unfortunatly i only accept a return if ive made a mistake in my advet which has never happend before. i always describe my item as best i can and if your insure you only have to e-mail me. im suprised about my rating for my description as if you see my advert you will see how much info i do put on.
