We have been making handmade gifts for a few years now, although it wasn't my main job we did have an 'offline' shop at Botany Bay in Chorley selling many gift items and wedding favours. Other commitments meant that shop had to close and now we sell on ebay and our private website. We are always adding to our shop and website and still have a good way to go before we will feel we have everything catered for. Therefore if you require something which isn't listed just get in touch, chances are we can make it for you. We are always happy to help regular and new customers and will do all we can to provide high quality gifts at realistic prices.

Items are usually posted within 3 working days. As all gifts are made to order this can ocassionally take longer. We always post first class and Royal Mail estimates this will arrive within 1 - 3 days. Please take this into account when buying.

We will accept returns for 7 days following you receiving the item, buyer must pay for return postage via recorded delivery and refund will be made on receipt of item. If the item isnt as you thought we will refund the purchase price minus postage fees. If the item is damaged we will reund the full amount. THERE IS NO REFUND ON EARRINGS DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS AND NO REFUND ON PERSONALISED ITEMS UNLESS WE HAVE MADE A MISTAKE IN THE SPELLING OR WORDING.
