This is going to sound corny but I care. I care that everyone is happy with the treasures they get from me. I sell items that I like myself. When someone buys from me I want them to feel special and excited. I care about everything :)

Sellers in most cases work really hard to make the buyers happy. You don't sell to make it rich and infact sometimes you make less then you have in the item to begin with. Sellers just want the buyers to keep in touch...If you win a bid and take more time then the seller asked let them know why and when you plan to pay. Most sellers will work with buyers. Remember if you bid and don't pay it cost the seller in time and fees. So don't bid if you are not going to pay. The seller and the buyer are a team so as long as they work together everyone should be very happy. Now go have fun and find treasures.

Shipping and handling prices are hard for some to understand. First, there is ebay's 10% they take. Then there are packing supplies and time to prepare items. I take everthing myself to the post office so there is the gas. I really cannot say this enough that shipping also includes handling and if ebay did not take their 10% that would be a savings to you and not me. I have to charge what I do to give the best finished service I can do. I have good pricing and love to combine shipping. So please remember this when you give feedback. I ship within 3 days of receiving payment and in most cases try to do it sooner. If you ever have any questions I am here.

I try really hard in my listings to give the buyer everything they need to make the right selection for themself and I answer questions pretty quick. In doing that, there is usually no need to worry about doing returns. I am human and if I make a mistake please contact my because I will always take care of you. Just remember I am here even after the sale so just contact me about anything.

Listing can cost as much little as .25 & as high as a $1.00 for just 7 days. If you have to relist that is another .25 to $1.00 so you see how that can add up. They also take about 10% of what you sell the item for which they get the moment the auction is over no matter if the seller gets theirs are not. So for the buyers that don't pay that can be sort of an issue to the seller. Buyers can get there final value fee back if they turn it over to the resolution center but they have to wait at least 4 days before they can close case with no credit for the lost listing fees. This is a big one-EBAY GETS ABOUT 10% OF THE SHIPPING CHARGES so please remember that if ebay does this it cost YOU. I only want to tell you this because sellers are giving so much grieve about the shipping charges and this is one of the reasons why. Feedback can really make a seller look real good but it can effect them long term so please contact sellers when you an issue because most will really try to make it right

Please, never punish a seller for this in feedback. If you think that the charges are more then you think it should be either contact seller or don't buy their item. There are so many reasons why charges vary. One is the ebay gets 10% of S&H charged which I really think is unfair but they do it. Also, time, supplies and even gas to the post ofice which are not free. There are rare causes when sellers do charge a bit more then needed so they can reduce the item cost to almost nothing so they don't have to pay as high of listing fees so they make up for what they are losing but that is really rare. So, again don't buy the item and then give neutral or negative feedback if you think that it is too high. I am a buyer too, so I do see both sides and I really think that if both the buyer and seller understand eachother they can both be very happy at the end of each transaction.
