For most items this is clearly stated on the auction, and will sometimes be zero. If I consider the item most likely to sell in the UK then I may have only quoted for domestic shipping, so please ask for a quote to where you live. I believe that all eBay auctions should be truly international and, though based in the UK, will ship anywhere in the world. The stated price does not include insurance, which is usually voluntary.
Q: What happens at the end of the auction ?
On completion of the auction I expect most buyers to pay with Paypal, or to request our address so that a cheque may be sent. An invoice can be sent if required, but I do not always do this routinely. If I have not heard from you after a day or two I will attempt to contact you. However, if I have still not heard from you within five days of the end of the auction, I reserve the right to sell to the underbidder, so

Q: What happens if the item is lost or broken ?
Very few items are lost and we pack very well so do not expect you to receive a damaged item. However, you should insure any item sent overseas or any item sold for over £41 and sent within the UK, if you want to guarantee compensation. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or breakage of items if not insured, though would consider carefully any evidence of negligence on our part. In the event of an insured breakage claim you would need to return the item to the Royal Mail, and it will remain their property if compensation is paid. Compensation, if paid, will include the costs of postage.
Q: Can you include an invoice or receipt ?
