we post worldwide and do our utmost to charge exact post and yes we are human we sometimes make mistakes which may cause an overcharge which we do attempt to refund but more often than not we undercharge and get left short.
Return policy
we do accept returns if the item is not as described and we will give a full refund, we also accept responsibility if an item goes missing in the post and give a full refund if Australia post can not locate the item. We have never had an item returned and the only person ever to leave us a neutral feedback refused our offer of a full refund even though the item was exactly as described we do not want unhappy customers
