We sell new and vintage items in the up most excellent condition. We inspect every item before listing and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to this fact. All items are carefully picked for there uniqueness and quality.

The reason we do not return items is due to the fact that most items are one of a kind , we are not reliable for lost shipping , damaged merchandise , or etc. All items are sent out in the up-most best condition and all questions and concerns about an item need to be asked up front. It can sometimes take a three day handling time to receive packages especially if it is a holiday. When it comes to color of an item , if unsure ask because different computers can display different hues which we are also not reliable for. If you cut into a box , rip an item , tear an item , or if item does not fit no exchanges or returns can be made items are described as listed. If you pop a button off , rip out a zipper , or cause a toy not work I am sorry , but again all items are shipped out in full working order and inspected by two people before shipment. If something happens to be wrong with an item it does not get shipped or for that fact listed. Thank you for shopping with us :)
