I have been trading on Ebay since 2004 So Please buy with confidence. If you are interested in selling my designs in your alternative store Please contact me.
Payment policy
I accept Paypal Cheques & postal orders from U.K bidders.
I can only accept paypal from international bidders.
Please let me know your intended payment method within 48hrs of the auction end. Payment is expected no later than 7 days after the auction end at this time if payment has not been received a none paying bidder will be filed with eBay & the utem relisted.
Delivery information
Postage (for jewellery items) to the U.K is the cost of the heaviest item then 10p for each addition item when paid for together.
Postage (for jewellery items) to the rest of the world is the cost of the heaviest item then 10p for each addition item when paid for together.
If shipping is not automatically combined at the checkout please message me for an invoice.
Recorded signed for delievery is available to the U.K only for an extra 72p.
Items are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. Items will be sent to you by first class post in a padded envelope.
Return policy
If you have any problems with your item please contact me. All Items are carefully checked before packing but on the rare occasion you should find a fault please contact me. I will alway offer a refund or replacement where appropriate. It is not my aim to rip people off. I would never intentionally send any one a faulty item & I will always rectify the problem given the chance It is unfair to just leave negative/neutral feedback without giving me the chance to resolve the problem.
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is faulty. If there is a problem please message me as soon as possible so it can be rectified. Earrings (unless faulty) can't be returned due to hygiene reasons. If item returned is not faulty then the buyer will be responsible for all postage costs. Refund only issued on return of item.
