Cash on collection where advertised in the description only. If not offered in the listing, then its not available.
Uncrossed PO orders are also welcome and will speed up any transaction. They usually go towards postal costs.
Cheques can be sent, but please remember that NO GOODS will be released until payment is fully cleared.
I DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AT ALL. Not even via paypal.
Delivery information
Postal costs can be difficult to judge at times.
All postal costs include handling, packing and materials and of course postal costs.
I will try to combine postage costs where I can.
If you DO NOT AGREE WITH THE PUBLISHED POSTAL COSTS THEN DO NOT BID.
Do NOT bid, then complain about the costs. These are clearly displayed.
Posting is usually within 24 hours except holidays and weekends.
If you would like delivery on a particular day for fish please contact me BEFORE bidding to ensure it is possible.
For example Monday delivery is NOT possible for fish and Saturday deliveries are known to be hit and miss and should be avoided for fish.
All fish are SENT NEXT DAY DELIVERY. This is pre agreed with you and if you fail to answer the door or collect from your PO, I cannot be held responsible.
Refunds for DOA will be for the fish only as postage is paid to a third party and is not refundable.
Replacements maybe sent if buyer pays postage only costs and fish are avalable.
Return policy
Buy It Now items are covered by distance seller regulations with the exception of fish and livestock. Auctions are not covered by DSR. You have 7 days to request a return and return the item. You have a legal duty to ensure due care is taken of the property prior and during return process.
Trade purchases are also not covered by DSR.
All return costs are at the buyers expense unless item is faulty or not as described.
I will then refund any return postal costs and your original spend.
Items returned for a change of mind, return postage is at your own expense.
I will fully refund the cost of the purchase including postage costs.
ALL items are security marked and identified prior to dispatch. This will NOT affect the function of the item.
Recorded delivery is also included in may items.
Dead on Arrival.
In the rare instance of any dead fish a picture within one hour of delivery of dead fish in unopened bag must be sent.
Refund will be given ONLY for the fish.

Please note due to high volumes, no stock is now kept on premises and is stored in secure lockup. One to protect my investments and two the wife hated the clutter.
Feedback and Non Payment
All my feedback is AUTOMATIC.
Once left for me, its left for you.
I will NOT be feedback blackmailed at all. If you are not happy, I will always help. But threats of a neg etc are not acceptable and will be reported to ebay. No exceptions.
If you have a problem with a purchase you should in the first instance contact me to resolve any issues.
I always try to make the customer happy.
Feedback abuse and blackmail will be reported to ebay without exception.
If you are considering a negative or neutral then please speak with me and provide enough time for me to respond and if possible resolve.
Any rude or agressive emails will be forwarded to ebay.
Sometimes buyers fail to pay. I DO NOT ISSUE a strike, but usually ask for the sale to be mutually withdrawn. If you have won and cannot pay for a few days etc, contact me and I will be happy to wait a few days.
If you dont contact me I dont know and assume you dont want it anymore.
ADDITIONAL RETURNS POLICY DSR
Returns should be requested within 7 days after arrival of the goods.
You must return the goods in good and unused condition.
Refund will include any reasonable costs in returning the item
Items NOT returned in good condition will be liable to deduction of a replacement cost of the item by the seller.
For example
Item A is purchased and the buyer returns item in a very poor condition and is damaged. A deduction will be made for the seller to replace the item at cost before a refund is given.
You have a legal duty to ensure the item is looked after before and during the returns process.
Large items I will arrange for collection by courier at an agreed date with you. Failure to provide the item for collection will void the returns request.
Fish/Livestock ARE NOT COVERED by DSR.
