Postal costs can be difficult to judge at times. All postal costs include handling, packing and materials and of course postal costs. I will try to combine postage costs where I can. This is pre agreed with you and if you fail to answer the door or collect from your PO, I cannot be held responsible. Refunds for DOA will be for the fish only as postage is paid to a third party and is not refundable. Replacements maybe sent if buyer pays postage only costs and fish are avalable.

Buy It Now items are covered by distance seller regulations with the exception of fish and livestock. Auctions are not covered by DSR. You have 7 days to request a return and return the item.
