Adequately packaged but maybe the box should be a bit thicker next time as it wouldn't have offered much protection if dropped/damaged? Luckily Royal Mail looked after it well. This seller sent 2 pond bombs in jiffy envelope, one was cracked into bits and the liquid was all inside the envelope. I telephoned the company up after sending pics showing this and said how stupid it was to put anything containing a liquid into a jiffy envelope instead of a strong box to protect it. I was basically told that if I wanted to send the broken pond bomb back it would cost me and as the actual bomb was not damaged it wouldn't be worth it. I won't be buying from this site again.
