Mail outs are generally carried out 2-3 days per week. 95% of orders will be despatched using Australia Post within 2-3 days of payment, however, some delays of up to 7-8 days may occur with some orders.

All reports of faulty products must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. All products that prove to be faulty on testing will be exchanged – if no replacement stock is available, a refund will be issued. Please ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for any software purchased as no returns will be accepted in cases of non-compatibility.
